Ohne Rot kein Nein, keine Grenzen, kein Feuer.
Why Red matters
Red is the moment the self awakens: the toddler saying no for the first time, later the teenager with a mind of their own. Red is life force. Emotions like anger show you where your boundaries are and what matters to you. Without Red there is no no, no boundaries, no fire.
What there is to learn
Feeling and naming emotions instead of pushing them away. Saying yes to yourself and no to what you don't want. Standing up for yourself without making others small.
Healthy Red
Courage, passion, spontaneity and clear boundaries. You take up space and leave others theirs.
Shadow side
Recklessness, impulsiveness, power over others. Or suppressed Red: emotions pile up, you say yes when you mean no.
What comes next
Red needs the support of Purple to dare. And the power of Red needs a direction others can rely on. That is Blue.
